Really professional and friendly service! Dr. Ksenija and the whole team have been absolutely amazing, especially with me being quite an anxious patient and a complex situation. I really appreciated how quickly I was able to get both an appointment and a follow-up visit, as well as the clear and well-thought-out treatment plan provided. I feel very optimistic and in great hands! The opening hours are also very convenient for anyone working standard office hours. Highly recommended!

My fiancé had implants here a few days ago, there were a lot of factors at play that made it a difficult procedure and his genuine phobia due to past trauma combined with autism and complex PTSD meant the procedure had to be carried out under GA. I honestly cannot find the words to say how amazing the team were that day. From the moment we walked in the man on reception was so warm, inviting, and welcoming. Then Dr. Ahmed, Sabrina and the whole team went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and cared for. The anaesthesiologist was so well informed and knowledgeable of his case and made the whole procedure so comfortable for him. Sabrina checked in on multiple occasions and made sure he had all the info he needed. Dr. Ahmed right from the start was so considerate and compassionate of his needs and never made him feel ashamed or embarrassed of his conditions. Genuinely this procedure changed his life for many reasons, but what stood out most to me was the care and attention to his other needs outside of the dental work. Every member of staff I spoke to that day was so lovely and I wish I had of gotten all of their names to thank them personally. But I am truly appreciative to all of you for helping my partner. I hope you all know that you didn’t just change his smile that day but honestly changed his whole world and for that we are eternally grateful. ❤️
