I have been a patient of Truly Dental for roughly a year and a half and I'm extremely happy with the service I have received from the several dental professionals whose dental care I was under. I have had several dental issues, and while some of them sill perist, the levels of care, empathy and professionalism I have received from Truly Dental has ensured that the problems I had have drastically improved. I would like to personally thank Dr Muhammed Shirin, Dr Rachel, Dr Jimmy and Mia, the dental hygienist, for their dental expertise. The dentist Renuka Yadav explained everything clearly, the procedure was quick and painless and I was given clear aftercare instructions. I felt safe and well looked after. Dame Street Dental Hospital and also Baggot Street have gone above and beyond. They have facilitated every treatment with absolute patience, care and professionalism. Not only the dental staff, but also the girls at the front desk have been so kind and wonderful to deal with. I had an issue, that initially would of taken me days to get an appointment for, but they called me back and squeezed me in the same day. What I really do not like is the call centre system that is in place, most of the staff I talked to are quite impersonal. From my experience, messages that were supposed to be passed on from dentists weren't, and I have to ring multiple times get any answers. When I requested to speak to a certain staff member within the call centre, that had helped with my care previously, i was met with a blunt 'why' and 'i will pass along the message'. I do not think that the call system that is in places works for the clinic, as the in person clinic works so well, I think a more cohesive system should be put in place so clinic and call centre can align. I do have to say two call centre staff, Erin and Aaron, really did help in my care, and was grateful for all of their help.

I was very nervous as I hadn't been to a dentist in quite some time. But all the staff are very welcoming and professional. The dentist was so kind and understanding, explained everything and gave me a break down of my price ,so no surprises. Highly recommend.
